Team Overview

The Business Development team is a core growth engine for 99, responsible for creating long-term value through strategic alliances. We build innovative partnerships that expand our ecosystem, unlock new revenue streams, and enhance the 99 experience for users. As a Manager, you will be responsible for driving partnership initiatives from start to finish, turning strategic goals into tangible results.


 

Role Responsibilities



  • Building and managing a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities that align with 99's strategic objectives.




  • Leading the full deal lifecycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the contracting process.




  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams like Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure the successful launch and execution of new partnerships.




  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners to maximize the value of our collaborations.




  • Analyzing partnership performance, reporting on key metrics, and identifying opportunities for optimization.




 

Role Qualifications



  • 4+ years of experience in a business development, partnerships, or a similar commercial role.




  • A proven ability to manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from sourcing to closing and implementation.




  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with external partners.




  • An analytical mindset and the ability to use data to inform your strategy and measure success.




  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude and a passion for finding creative solutions to business challenges.
