Team Overview

The New Business Operations team is the critical link between strategy and execution. We take the strategic agreements forged by our Business Development team and turn them into fully operational, scalable, and successful solutions. As an Operations Manager, you will be a hands-on leader, responsible for the tactical implementation of our partnerships and ensuring they deliver on their promise.


 

Role Responsibilities



  • Managing the day-to-day operationalization of new partnerships, creating project plans, and ensuring all milestones are met.




  • Diving deep into data to perform analysis, customer segmentation, and performance modeling to support partnership growth.




  • Designing and optimizing internal workflows and processes to ensure our partnerships run efficiently and effectively.




  • Collaborating closely with partners' operational teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless experience for our mutual customers.




  • Creating reports and dashboards to track performance against key metrics and provide actionable insights to the business development team.




 

Role Qualifications


  • 4+ years of experience in a hands-on role like business operations, sales operations, business analysis, or project management.

  • Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and analysis.

  • A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude and a proven ability to manage projects, solve problems, and get things done.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and experience working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
