Team Overview

We are looking for a proactive and data-oriented Marketing Analyst to support  and develop the strategic planning and execution of ride hailing campaigns for Spanish Speaking LATAM. This role will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment throughout the campaign lifecycle — from creative development to performance analysis. The ideal candidate will contribute to the daily operations of the marketing team, helping to drive results through effective coordination, analytical insights, and strong communication skills.

Role Responsibilities

As a Marketing Analyst you will be… 




  • Defining plans and executing 360° marketing campaigns (Social Media, UGC, Off and On) to drive company growth and market share;






  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using marketing tools and analytics platforms, providing insights and recommendations for optimization;




  • Translate high-level strategy and positioning into actionable, locally tailored deliverables such as integrated marketing campaigns, communication frameworks, and value propositions;




  • Connect the business ambition to brand vision to build a meaningful brand positioning in a city level;




  • Stay informed about market trends and top-performing brand campaigns that establish local benchmarks. Uncover locally unique and culturally relevant marketing opportunities, aligned with business priorities and fueled by insights from user research to enhance engagement;




  • Develop and execute Marketing campaigns providing input into key messaging and creative briefs;




  • Use internal and external data to find relevant insights that transform into effective marketing plans and SoMe actions and content;




  • Have a strong data-driven thinking approach for decision making and analysis of campaigns and actions;




  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans.




  • Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly;




  • Media knowledge, understanding and strategic feedback;




  • Managing stakeholders, including both internal and external agencies and teams.




 

Role Qualifications



  • +2 years of experience developing and executing marketing campaigns (experience in the tech industry is a plus);




  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or related Education);




  • Understanding of marketing principles and metrics;




  • I am fluent in strong English;




  • Strong analytical thinking skills;




  • Knowledge and interest in data applied to business and marketing;




  • Deeper interest in Marketing plans and key strategic actions to impact brand and business growth;




  • A hands on team player;




  • Have creative thinking;




  • A very fast learner into a dynamic environment;




  • Strong follow up, project management skills;




  • Obsess about data to make decisions;




  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with a team.
