About the role:


 


We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented LATAM SR MARKETING BUYER to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management of marketing services across Latin America (LATAM). This role plays a critical part in aligning procurement strategies with regional marketing objectives, ensuring cost efficiency, service excellence, and compliance with global and local policies. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing procurement activities support the company’s brand, business goals, and cost-efficiency targets. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the marketing ecosystem, and experience working with agencies, media partners, and suppliers.


 

Role Responsibilities


  •     Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand sourcing needs and campaign objectives. Working with different countries: MX, CO, ARG, CH, PE, CR, RD.

  • ·       Act as a strategic business partner to the regional Marketing and Commercial teams, understanding campaign objectives and aligning sourcing strategies accordingly.

  • ·       Lead the procurement process for marketing services, including BTL, market research, Audiovisual production, creative agencies, event planning, and promotional materials.

  • ·       Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings, quality improvements, and supplier performance.

  • ·       Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service-level agreements with vendors and agencies.

  • ·       Monitor and analyze spend performance, identify savings opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • ·       Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure timely delivery and compliance with contractual obligations.

  • ·       Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, risk management frameworks, and legal requirements in each LATAM market.

  • ·       Track and analyze spend data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • ·       Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.

  • ·       Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to marketing procurement.

  • ·       Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and marketing to streamline procurement processes.

Role Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.


·       3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably with a focus on marketing services.


·       Strong understanding of marketing categories (audiovisual production, print, events, market research, creative agencies).


·       Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.


·       Experience working with contract management and procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).


·       Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).


·       English obligatory
