Team Overview

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing and a proven ability to manage large budgets and drive measurable results. They should be comfortable working across multiple markets at different stages of maturity, adapting strategies to local contexts while maintaining a clear focus on efficiency and impact.

Role Responsibilities


  • Be Performance Marketing Organization representative inside of DiDi, managing the relationship with Marketing Science & Technology, Ad Operations and Growth Ops, Marketing and S&P, to ensure best-in-class communication, support and execution

  • Planning and execution of a holistic media acquisition strategy that supports growth while meeting budget requirements 

  • Analyze performance and provide insights to ensure key partners understand plans, optimizations and results

  • Ensure proper tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization by leveraging different teams and tools

  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Branding & Analytics functional groups to build testing opportunities, measurement frameworks process and product improvements

  • Prioritize multiple project pipelines for the respective business lines

  • The candidate will be the owner of food business success from the Paid Marketing perspective, ensuring that multiple teams (mainly Ops, Growth, Marketing and Paid) will follow the same direction and focus on a clear strategy


 

Role Qualifications


  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience (preferably with consumer apps)

  • Deep Search, Paid Social, and Display advertising buying knowledge 

  • Experience with multi-channel digital media strategy, A/B and multivariate test design such Geo Lift and Conversion Lift, and Performance Marketing optimization process

  • Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal and external customers, multiple stakeholders and different cultures.

  • Based on facts and data, skillfully analyze problems and generate a structured approach to solve both Business and Performance Marketing issues
