#LI-HybridWe are looking for an Operations Analyst Intern to support the growth and performance of our merchant base through data-driven insights and market research. This is an entry-level, hands-on role designed for students who are eager to learn how strategy, operations, and analytics come together in a fast-paced tech environment.
You will be part of a team focused on market research and operational strategy, working closely with cross-functional partners such as Business Development, Product, and other internal stakeholders. Throughout the internship, you will gain practical experience analyzing data, understanding local market dynamics, and contributing to strategic initiatives that improve merchant supply quality and sustainable growth.
Support the team in operational strategy discussions and daily activities, helping translate data and analysis into actionable insights.
Conduct market and competitive research, collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to better understand local market trends, merchant performance, and competitive landscapes.
Assist in building reports, dashboards, and analyses to monitor merchant supply quality and performance indicators.
Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and other cross-functional teams to support the implementation of strategic projects and process improvements.
Help identify opportunities for optimization and growth by applying structured problem-solving and analytical thinking.
