We are looking for an Ads Sales Sr. Analyst to join the Ads & Monetization Strategy Team. This role will help manage, measure and improve the usage of Ads in our platform. The person taking on the role will be central in building and expanding our Ads business and will be a key component of the future strategy of Ads at DiDi.
The ideal candidate has experience with complex data sets, basic programming knowledged (ie. Python), Strong SQL, Strong Excel and Math background.
🔹 Manage Ads in Our Platform:
Support commercial teams with the creation, maintenance and management of ads campaigns
Help design and implement strategies to boost the adoption of Ads by our commercial teams
🔹 Measure Ads in Our Platform:
Create, use and analyze complex data sets that allow us to understand the performance of Ads in the platform both at the macro level (platform) and at the micro level (campaign)
Create and Manage data visualization and dashboards that help key leaders and decision makers understand Ads Performance
Help develop, implement and manage the KPIs that will measure the performance of Ads at all levels of the organization
🔹Improve Ads in Our Platform:
Identify opportunities for improvement for the Ads platform and work with all the different stakeholders to prioritize, design and implement said improvements
Work with tech & product to design, test and roll out key features that will expand our Ads portfolio
1+ years experience of working with complex data sets to derive key insights to key business problems
Good communication skills that allow you to convey complex problems in simple terms
Strong mathematical and data management skills, deep SQL knowledge and a basic understanding of programming languages
Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial/ Mathematics or related fields
