Team Overview

We are looking for talented professionals to join our Regional Operations team at 99Food! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are highly analytical, data-driven, and eager to solve complex business challenges at the city level. As part of Regional Operations, selected candidates will play a key role in driving city growth, improving marketplace performance, and shaping local strategies that connect users, restaurants, and couriers. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and differentiation.


The ideal candidates will engage directly with restaurant partners, customers, and business development teams to understand the dynamics of each city. They will analyze local performance data, gather on-the-ground perspectives, and translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen 99Food’s position in each market and ensure long-term sustainable growth.

Role Responsibilities

As a Strategy & Operations Senior Analyst at 99Food, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of our marketplace, growth campaigns, and communication initiatives. Your role is critical in ensuring that strategies are not only well-designed but also effectively executed and continuously optimized.


You will take ownership of building and maintaining performance dashboards, identifying key trends, and uncovering improvement opportunities across cities. By translating data into actionable insights, you will support decision-making and help guide campaign strategy, restaurant engagement, and customer growth.


This position requires a professional who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and structured, with strong communication skills to collaborate across Operations, Marketing, CRM, Product, and BD teams. You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that every initiative is measured, tracked, and improved to maximize its impact.


Your work will directly contribute to shaping how 99Food grows and strengthens its position in competitive markets, driving both short-term results and long-term expansion.

Role Qualifications


  • General Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

    • 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, operations, strategy, or growth-related roles.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Advanced Excel, SQL, and data analytics skills (Python/R knowledge is a plus, but not required).




 



  • Performance Management

    • Experience with campaign results analysis, including performance tracking, communication effectiveness, and financial tracking. 

    • Prior experience with customer-related activities (e.g., campaign management, communication strategy, customer cohort analysis, market analysis, budget management, etc.).

    • Stakeholder and project management experience, with exposure to Operations, Product, Sales/BD, and Marketing/CRM.

    • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
