As part of Regional Operations, selected candidates will play a key role in driving city growth, improving marketplace performance, and shaping local strategies that connect users, restaurants, and couriers. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and differentiation.
The ideal candidates will engage directly with restaurant partners, customers, and business development teams to understand the dynamics of each city. They will analyze local performance data, gather on-the-ground perspectives, and translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen 99Food’s position in each market and ensure long-term sustainable growth.
This position will be at the core of city-level growth campaigns at 99Food. You will be responsible for managing the full campaign cycle — from identifying opportunities and improvement areas, to designing and implementing strategies that drive marketplace performance.
Your mission will be to create and execute impactful growth initiatives, ensuring that our campaigns are not only innovative but also measurable and results-oriented. This means working closely with cross-functional teams (BD, Marketing, CRM, Product, and Operations) to bring strategies to life, monitor performance, and iterate quickly to capture new opportunities.
You will also play a key role in scaling successful campaigns across cities, ensuring best practices are shared and local nuances are respected. This role demands a data-driven mindset, strategic thinking, and a strong bias for action to turn insights into concrete results that accelerate 99Food’s expansion and reinforce our presence in each market.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in data analytics, operations, strategy, or growth-related roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Advanced Excel, SQL, and data analytics skills (Python/R knowledge is a plus, but not required).
Growth & Customer Expertise
Prior experience with customer-related activities (e.g., campaign management, communication strategy, customer cohort analysis, market analysis, budget management, etc.).
Experience with creative asset creation (CRM, ads agency, digital campaigns, etc.).
Stakeholder and project management experience, with exposure to Operations, Product, Sales/BD, and Marketing/CRM.
Fluency in Portuguese and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
