We’re building a high-performing investment team to lead the deployment of our fund in Latin America. The role combines end-to-end ownership—from sourcing and evaluating deals to driving them through investment committee and supporting portfolio growth. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, deep market insight, and the entrepreneurial drive to build a leading venture platform in the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-potential startups, leading due diligence, structuring investment theses and IC memos, and supporting founders post-investment to help them scale. You’ll work closely with partners and have a key voice in shaping our portfolio and investment strategy across the region.
