Join our dynamic and impactful Research, Insights & Analytics team, a group of curious, people-centric, and data-driven professionals dedicated to understanding our users and solving critical business challenges. As the guardian of user understanding, our team leverages both first-party and third-party data to listen to our users, identify their pain points and perceptions, and connect these insights with key business performance indicators. We translate complex research findings into clear, actionable business language, driving informed decision-making across the organization.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Analyst of Consumer Insights, you will play a role in uncovering deep and actionable insights about our consumers to fuel strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for leading research initiatives focused on understanding consumer behavior, attitudes, and motivations. This includes designing and executing a variety of research methodologies, analyzing complex data sets, and translating findings into compelling narratives and recommendations for stakeholders across different teams and levels, including senior leadership. You will be a key contributor to shaping our understanding of the market and our users, ultimately driving growth and improving user experiences.
