Team Overview

We are looking for a Learning & Culture Specialist to help us design, deliver, and scale initiatives that strengthen our culture and develop our people.

Role Responsibilities


  • Facilitate and Host: Deliver and facilitate trainings, workshops, and onboarding sessions; open events and represent the L&C team in front of diverse audiences;

  • Lead Program Logistics: Coordinate all logistics for onboarding, training sessions, workshops, and culture initiatives — ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for employees;

  • Manage Stakeholders & Vendors: Partner with internal teams and external vendors, monitor services, process payments, and manage program budgets;

  • Design Learning Materials: Apply instructional design principles to create, adapt, and update training and onboarding content that is clear, effective, and engaging;

  • Track and Report: Build dashboards and reports to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning, onboarding, and culture programs;

  • Foster Engagement: Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives that strengthen DiDi’s culture and boost team spirit.

Role Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Communications, or a related field;

  • 2–3 years of experience in learning & development, onboarding, HR, or project coordination;

  • Strong ownership mindset — proactive, accountable, and able to see tasks through from start to finish;

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the confidence to present, host, and engage diverse audiences;

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail;

  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace; knowledge of LMS or training platforms is a plus;

  • Experience creating and adapting materials with an instructional design approach; familiarity with Canva or similar tools is an advantage;

  • Analytical mindset, able to interpret metrics and translate data into insights;

  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with an agile and solutions-oriented mindset.
