Company Overview

If you see technology as a way to smooth your path in life, our team does too: Your Path, Our Journey.

We believe in technology that connects talented people who embrace diversity to create and share paths we don't even know about (yet!). We work to generate value not only for our users but, above all, for the communities we serve and for society as a whole, making every day better for everyone with mobility and delivery services (99) or digital payments (99Pay).

To make life easier for millions of people every day, since 2018, we have been part of DiDi DiDi Global Inc., the world’s leading mobility technology platform. We are pioneers in creating innovative solutions that start in Brazil and scale up to make a positive impact in more than 12 countries where DiDi operates. This innovation encompasses sustainability, safety, artificial intelligence, financial markets, and much more.

Whether building projects from scratch or improving our solutions, we enjoy challenges that give us butterflies, which is why we work at a fast pace with respect, collaboration, and good humor. Along this journey, we also draw strength from diverse experiences and opinions to grow together, fail quickly, learn, and adjust the course to create solutions that deliver even better results.

Team Overview

From day one, you'll be part of a collaborative, global culture where your work directly influences the company’s strategy and growth. 99Entrega is our last mile delivery service, using cars, motos, utilities, vans and small trucks.

As a member of the Logistics Business Unit operations team, you’ll have a great opportunity to design and implement initiatives across all Brazil's market and continuously enhance customer online and offline experience thru our product, sales and operations teams. The Logistic's BU helps individuals and businesses to solve their daily challenges of moving goods, making their life better everyday. Be prepared for a hectic, fast paced and challenging environment.

We’re looking for a Pricing Analyst to support and develop our pricing strategy in logistics — ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and long-term sustainability. In this role, you will have a key contribution in defining prices for clients, carriers, and drivers, and in finding the right balance between perceived value, operational costs, and margin. Your work will directly impact how we grow and strengthen our business in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This data-driven role calls for a rare combination of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.

If you’re ready to take on this challenge and drive real change, we’d love to meet you!

Role Responsibilities

  • Supporting pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness and profitability across all categories:

  • Develop pricing analyses to match demand and supply, applying both fixed and dynamic pricing models to increase conversion and penetration in our client base, maximize successful matches and minimize costs and wait time;

  • Contribute to defining pricing structures for customers, carriers, and delivery partners, considering the specific needs and characteristics of each profile;

  • Collaborate with the Algorithm Development team to provide inputs for objectives, constraints, and key performance indicators to scale pricing methodology;

  • Assist in creating business requirements and validation frameworks for hypothesis testing on new algorithmic strategies.

  • Synthesize Market Intelligence:

  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior, turning data into pricing insights;

  • Monitor and support initiatives to ensure competitive price positioning in the market.

  • Support development of commercial policies that balance costs, margins, and perceived value:

  • Contribute to building pricing segmentation for clients, creating synergies and opportunities to grow demand;

  • Support strategic negotiations by providing data-driven insights and pricing recommendations to strengthen partnerships.

  • Monitor and track pricing KPIs, supporting continuous improvement in processes and tools:

  • Contribute to the daily governance of pricing, monitoring marketplace oscillations and performance trends;

  • Perform deep-dive analyses on marketplace data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement;

  • Assist in modeling the potential impacts of algorithm changes before deployment.

Role Qualifications

  • Pricing & Modeling Expertise:

  • Background in Pricing, Revenue Management, FP&A, or Strategy, preferably in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, last mile, or related sectors, with relevant professional experience;

  • Degree in a quantitative field (advanced studies are a plus).

  • Technical Fluency (without being a primary coder):

  • Proficiency with data analysis and modeling tools such as Python, R, SQL, or MATLAB;

  • Ability to interpret algorithmic outputs and collaborate with technical teams to apply insights effectively.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Experience supporting communication between technical and non-technical teams, translating data and pricing insights into business recommendations;

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and contribute to alignment on initiatives and priorities.

  • Personal Attributes:

  • Hypothesis-Driven: You approach problems with a scientific method: observe, hypothesize, test, and iterate;

  • Insatiably Curious: You constantly ask "why" and dig deeper into the root cause of marketplace behaviors;

  • Business-Oriented: You connect your mathematical work directly to business outcomes like cost savings, revenue growth, and customer retention.

  • Cultural Fit:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset—thrives in ambiguity and pivots fast in hyper-growth settings;

  • Exceptional communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical audiences;

  • Adaptability, empathy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to driving results.

This is our ongoing journey, with much more still to come.
