Team Overview

You will join the Commercial Planning Team, which plays a key role in supporting expansion, engagement, and special projects initiatives. This is a data-driven and highly collaborative role, combining analytical thinking with strong organizational skills to coordinate projects and support the sales team.

Role Responsibilities



  • Project Coordination & PMO Support



  • Help structure and follow up on timelines, owners, and deliverables for special projects.

  • Prepare progress updates and support project status meetings.

  • Ensure alignment between commercial, operations, product, and supply-chain teams.


  • Commercial Planning Support



  • Monitor sales funnel, target achievement etc

  • Support the construction of sales targets and launch thresholds.

  • Prepare analyses of supply and demand, asset utilization, and performance improvements.


  • Continuous Improvement & Collaboration



  • Identify opportunities for testing and process improvements, proposing actionable next steps.

  • Maintain close contact with the sales team to clarify needs and priorities.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Role Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in planning, analytics, or project coordination roles.

  • Strong analytical mindset and solid knowledge of Excel (SQL knowledge is a plus).

  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Collaborative, communicative, and eager to learn.

  • Intermediate/Advanced English (able to interact with global teams).
