Team Overview

This position is part of 99Abastece, a fuel marketplace developed by 99 that connects drivers and gas stations. The strategy & planning manager will be responsible to plan and execute projects to sustain business growth and achieve the long term vision of the business.

Role Responsibilities


  • Execute researches in order to increase market understanding and create business thesis.

  • Develop business cases to assess potential impact from those projects.

  • Create actions plans and roadmaps to deploy the projects.

  • Execute tasks and manage stakeholders to ensure that all teams involved are aligned and moving on the direction defined on the roadmap.

  • Track performance of the initiatives after launch and run future business improvements.

Role Qualifications

 



  • Proven track record in strategy and business management positions.

  • Strong execution and analytical skills with a data driven mindset. Capacity to translate insights into inputs to make decisions.

  • Experience with team leadership.

  • Experience with project and stakeholder management.

  • Capacity to work with high autonomy and handling high levels of uncertainty and changes.

  • Advanced skills in English.

  • Availability to work at the office 3x per week in São Paulo.

  • Previous experience in volatile environments, like the technology industry.

  • Knowledge of SQL.
