At 99, we’re reimagining logistics in Brazil — and B2C is at the center of this transformation.


B2C logistics is one of the most strategic growth engines for 99. As a Senior Analyst / Specialist, you’ll be a key partner to the Manager, leading analyses and projects that unlock growth opportunities.


We’re building our B2C Growth Operations team and looking for a Senior Analyst / Specialist to drive insights and own projects that directly impact our growth. You’ll partner with the Manager, dive deep into data, and launch initiatives that improve how customers and drivers engage with 99.


You’ll dive into marketplace data, identify trends, and own initiatives that improve how customers and drivers interact with our platform. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves connecting insights to execution, with visibility into decisions that shape the future of our B2C vertical.

Role Responsibilities


  • Run advanced analyses to identify growth levers in the B2C vertical.

  • Own specific projects (e.g., driver retention initiatives, customer activation pilots).

  • Build business cases and track performance of new programs.

  • Monitor KPIs and create insights that shape strategic decisions.

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing to roll out new features and campaigns.

  • Act as a mentor to analysts, sharing best practices in analysis and execution.

Role Qualifications


  • 4+ years of experience in growth, ops, analytics, or consulting.

  • Strong skills in data analysis and project management.

  • Hands-on operator, able to move from Excel/SQL to market execution.

  • Clear communicator who can translate data into recommendations.

  • Curiosity and drive to make an impact in a fast-growing marketplace.

  • Nice to have: experience in logistics, marketplaces, or mobility. And knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
