Team Overview

At 99, we’re reimagining logistics in Brazil — and C2C is at the center of this transformation in a high volume market and fast growth.


C2C deliveries (customer-to-customer) are booming in Brazil — people are sending personal items, gifts, and goods every day. At 99, we’re scaling this vertical as a new growth frontier.


We’re looking for a person to help us scale it. You’ll be the go-to person for data, insights, and projects that drive adoption and engagement between users sending and receiving items.


We’re expanding our C2C Growth Operations team and looking for a Senior Analyst / Specialist to drive insights and own projects that directly impact our growth. You’ll partner with the Manager, dive deep into data, and launch initiatives that improve how customers and drivers engage with 99.


As a Senior Analyst / Specialist, you’ll be responsible for analyzing performance and leading initiatives that expand adoption and engagement in C2C. You’ll help design the playbook for how 99 wins in this space, working closely with product and operations to shape one of our newest growth bets.

Role Responsibilities


  • Analyze marketplace dynamics (pricing, demand density, driver participation).

  • Identify and test new growth levers for adoption and engagement.

  • Own C2C-specific projects (e.g., referral programs, regional pilots, city launch).

  • Track KPIs and create frameworks for performance monitoring.

  • Collaborate with Product, Operations and Marketing to design features and processes.

  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership with actionable insights.

  • Support the Manager in defining and executing strategy.

Role Qualifications


  • 4+ years of experience in ops, growth, or consulting.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong curiosity to build a new vertical from scratch.

  • Ability to connect strategy, data, and execution.

  • Nice to have: experience in C2C marketplaces or logistics. And knowledge of SQL or BI tools.
