Team Overview

The HRBP Manager will partner with the SSL Food business, specializing in supporting our commercial teams. This role focuses on delivering HR programs, talent management, and operational HR support, ensuring compliance with labor regulations while fostering an engaging and high-performing work environment.

Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:



  • Business Partnership:

  • Understand the business priorities and organizational characteristics of supported commercial teams.

  • Provide HR guidance and input to leaders for decision-making related to organizational design, talent, performance, and culture.

  • Talent Management & Organizational Support:

  • Execute talent initiatives for hiring, assessment, development, and retention, aligned with company policies.

  • Support workforce planning to ensure teams are well-staffed and organizational performance meets expectations.

  • Performance & Compensation:

  • Implement performance management and incentive initiatives according to established frameworks.

  • Conduct the monthly commercial incentive process.

  • Provide guidance on performance-related decisions and employee development.

  • Culture & Employee Engagement:

  • Monitor team atmosphere and employee engagement; take initiatives to positively impact culture and morale.

  • Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Apply knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations to handle employee issues within established policies.

  • Support disciplinary processes, performance improvement plans, and other employee relations matters.

  • HR Expertise & Knowledge Sharing:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one HR function.

  • Proactively share knowledge and best practices with peers and business partners.

Role Qualifications


  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with progressive responsibility in HRBP or operational HR roles.

  • Proficient in at least one HR function (e.g., HR operations, talent management, performance, compensation, or employee relations).

  • Solid understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements in the operating region.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • High integrity, fairness, objectivity, and empathy.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
