Team Overview

We are looking for a customer-centric Operations Manager to join the Operations team. Our mission is to build the best experience for our users and drive strategic and sustainable growth.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, manage a team of analysts or cross-area contributors, and be responsible for translating data-driven insights into actionable business strategies.
You will play a key role in shaping our marketplace performance, driving operational excellence, and scaling impactful solutions across the organization. This is a high-impact position that combines technical proficiency, strong business acumen, and stakeholder management. You will contribute to the growth of the business while developing and empowering your team.

Role Responsibilities


  • Lead strategic projects aimed at improving product and marketplace performance;

  • Creating SQL queries to help analyze business metrics;

  • Doing A/B Tests regarding Marketplace metrics and assisting the teams in decision-making;

  • Acting as a focal point for projects related to improving our Product solutions;

  • Aligning all points related to these projects with other areas (Marketing, Legal, Operations, Product, Research, Safety, and others);

  • Organizing all project information and transparently communicating developments and results to other teams in the company

Role Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

  • 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, operations, or strategy roles (experience in marketplaces, mobility, or tech is a plus).

  • Proven experience managing and developing teams, with strong people leadership skills.

  • Proven experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or analytics roles.

  • Strong strategic vision combined with a hands-on mindset for execution.

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools: advanced Excel; SQL knowledge is highly valued.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into concrete actions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

  • Fluent English required.
