Team Overview

A Creative Strategist supports performance marketing by shaping and executing creative campaigns that connect business objectives with impactful content. The role combines market insights, stakeholder collaboration, and creative direction to deliver high-quality marketing assets that drive growth and engagement across channels.

Role Responsibilities

Role: 



  • Manage and support strategic sourcing initiatives focused on performance marketing in LATAM market in DiDi Food. Also, identify local opportunities for the advertising business to partner with teams on growth initiatives, program implementation and measure and report on success.


 


Responsibilities: 



  • Plan tactics based on creative message, promotions and concepts

  • Benchmark local context; environment, global communications and campaigns

  • Work with different stakeholders to manage projects

  • Gatekeeper of high creative quality

  • Lead on creative aspects of performance marketing activities for LATAM

  • Understand the challenges faced by the business and address them by finding scalable solutions 

  • Analyze and understand  consumer patterns to advise on creative strategy

  • Create briefs and organize brainstorming sessions with creative agency Winclap

  • Develop new concepts for the creative strategy

  • Management control to keep track of on-going tasks status

  • Prioritization of request based on creative adaptations with creative agency

  • Share with the agency all the information needed for the implementation of campaigns

  • Reporting standardization and scope of the different campaigns implemented. 

  • Mapdown timeline of upcoming A/B creative test 

  • Testing standardization to improve current creatives

Curious, proactiveness, and passionate about creative performance. Someone who can connect data, insights, and storytelling to bring ideas to life. They should be organized, collaborative, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail in every project.
