Team Overview

You will be part of a team that manages the operations of an entire city. In this role, you can influence the operational outcomes for the whole city and use your creativity to help merchants run their food delivery businesses more effectively, enabling users to discover and enjoy their favorite meals.

Role Responsibilities


  • Responsible for merchant quantity, activity, and healthy business performance.

  • Signing & Planning:Analyze merchant performance, identify growth opportunities across multiple dimensions, and guide the BD team to efficiently acquire high-value merchants.

  • Operations Policy:Use policy adjustments to drive merchants toward high-quality information presentation, resolve merchant issues, boost merchant activity and per-merchant yield, and ensure healthy platform operation.

  • Merchant Marketing:Develop merchant marketing strategies, mobilize merchant subsidy resources, and coordinate with the BD team to drive implementation.

  • Data analysis:Analyze data, gain insights from merchant-related data, and drive operational decisions based on the data analysis results.

  • Targets & Budget:Plan budget allocation, set recommended targets, establish cross-functional alignment, and evaluate and review strategy effectiveness.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with the Delivery side to balance supply and demand, and optimize delivery experience.

Role Qualifications

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or higher; 5+ years of experience; prior experience in Internet merchant/partner strategy operations or business analytics preferred.

  • Excellent logical and structured thinking; strong ability to synthesize and distill insights; data-aware with solid data analysis skills.

  • Integrity, strong communication and collaboration skills, self-driven.

  • English proficiency to work as a working language.

  • International/global business experience

  • Proficiency in SQL/EXCEL

  • Extroverted/Outgoing personality friendly for cross-team collaboration
