Team Overview

The Communications team in Mexico drives DiDi’s overarching reputation and corporate positioning across the market, telling the broader story of DiDi as a super-app — a platform that integrates mobility, delivery, and financial services, while contributing to economic growth, innovation, and inclusion.


The team partners closely with Global and LATAM Communications, Government Affairs, and Marketing to build cohesive narratives that strengthen DiDi’s public image and trust. From reputation management and labor impact stories to executive visibility and investment announcements, we work to ensure DiDi is seen not just as a category leader, but as a key player in Mexico’s digital economy.

Role Responsibilities

As Senior Manager, Corporate Communications (Mexico), you will:



  • Design and lead DiDi’s corporate communications strategy, building narratives that reinforce the company’s reputation as a responsible, innovative, and trusted super-app.

  • Develop strategic storytelling around key corporate topics — including economic impact, labor and sustainability efforts, technology innovation, and major investment announcements.

  • Act as a thought partner to leadership, advising on positioning, message development, and engagement with top-tier media and stakeholders.

  • Build strong relationships with journalists and opinion leaders, ensuring consistent and positive visibility across business, tech, and economic outlets.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, public affairs, and global comms teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

  • Manage external agencies and budgets, maintaining high-quality execution and strategic coherence.
