Team Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation and settlement with merchants in our Grocery business. You will play a critical role in bridging front-end commercial activities and back-end financial systems, working cross-functionally to streamline processes and optimize system capabilities.

Role Responsibilities

Merchant Reconciliation & Settlement



  • Manage end-to-end reconciliation and payment processes with grocery merchants

  • Ensure timely billing, issue resolution, and payment cycles

  • Track exceptions and work with internal teams and merchants to close gaps


Internal Process Optimization



  • Map, document, and improve internal workflows related to finance operations

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose clear, actionable process improvements

  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and commercial teams to ensure compliance


Cross-Team Collaboration



  • Act as a finance operations liaison between business, product, tech, and data teams

  • Support the launch of new merchant models by designing scalable finance ops solutions

  • Provide operational insights to support decision-making across functions


Product and System Enhancement



  • Collect and define business requirements for finance-related system improvements

  • Partner with product managers and engineering to co-design billing tools and dashboards

  • Drive long-term solutions to recurring operational issues

Role Qualifications


  • Fluency in English is required

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in finance operations, reconciliation, or a similar function

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments

  • Experience in internet, retail, or platform businesses preferred

  • Familiarity with billing or ERP systems is a plus
