Team Overview

The Enablement Intern will play a supportive and high-impact role within the Commercial Enablement team. This person will contribute to enablement data analytics, reports, training, communication, engagement, and quality initiatives, while interacting with cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales Operations, Quality, Inside Sales and farming.

Role Responsibilities

 


1. Supporting in training, Quality & Comms initiatives:



  • Assist in organizing onboarding sessions, internal training logistics, and certification processes.

  • Help consolidate feedback from training evaluations and quality audits.

  • Update and maintain learning content, guides, and documentation across internal platforms.


2. Managing Communication & Content:



  • Support the drafting and editing of internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and campaign messages.

  • Help maintain the internal knowledge base and LMS with up-to-date content and structure.

  • Contribute to visual and creative materials using proper tools


3. Contributing to Data & Reporting



  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and interpreting enablement-related data (training completion, campaign participation, quality KPIs, etc.).

  • Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate results and trends.

  • Build data visualization to report training, quality, comms and engagement initiatives results


4. Supporting Campaigns & Engagement Initiatives



  • Help organize and communicate internal campaigns and rituals (e.g., recognition programs, sales competitions, cultural moments).

  • Participate in the coordination of commercial events, performance ceremonies, and kick-offs.

  • Gather feedback from the field to support continuous improvement of engagement actions.

2. Qualifications:



  • Ongoing studies in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related fields

  • Interest in data, sales, enablement, communication, or operational performance

  • Design and gsuite tools knowledge is a plus


3. Preferred Skills:



  • Familiarity with training tools (LMS platforms, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of gsuite

  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Slides, or other presentation tools

  • Contact with communication, analysis, or project coordination
