As an Operations Intern, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the growth and optimization of the DiDi Mobility Driver Platform in Egypt. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset who is eager to gain hands-on experience managing critical tasks, analyzing data, and contributing to cross-functional projects under clear guidance. This is an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful initiatives and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced working environment.

Role Responsibilities


  • Monitor performance of one of the company’s most impactful driver acquisition channels to ensure sustained growth and optimal results.

  • Support incentive management, including the design, configuration, and performance tracking of incentive schemes to align with business objectives.

  • Oversee payment processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in fund disbursement related to operational activities.

  • Assist with offline acquisition workflows, providing hands-on operational support when needed to ensure smooth execution.

  • Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate project outcomes, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize acquisition strategies.

  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including the rollout of new driver app features, incentive mechanisms, and performance monitoring frameworks.

  • Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects with a proactive, results-driven, and “can-do” attitude to continuously add value to the business.

Role Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Chinese, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated growth mindset, with a passion for continuous learning, adaptability, and taking initiative in new challenges.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach, with a willingness to take ownership of diverse tasks to support team objectives.

  • Solid analytical foundation and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is preferred.

  • SQL experience is an advantage but not required.

  • Chinese language skills are a plus.
