Company Overview

If you see technology as a way to smooth your path in life, our team does too: Your Path, Our Journey.

We believe in technology that connects talented people who embrace diversity to create and share paths we don't even know about (yet!). We work to generate value not only for our users but, above all, for the communities we serve and for society as a whole, making every day better for everyone with mobility and delivery services (99) or digital payments (99Pay).

To make life easier for millions of people every day, since 2018, we have been part of DiDi DiDi Global Inc., the world’s leading mobility technology platform. We are pioneers in creating innovative solutions that start in Brazil and scale up to make a positive impact in more than 12 countries where DiDi operates. This innovation encompasses sustainability, safety, artificial intelligence, financial markets, and much more.

Whether building projects from scratch or improving our solutions, we enjoy challenges that give us butterflies, which is why we work at a fast pace with respect, collaboration, and good humor. Along this journey, we also draw strength from diverse experiences and opinions to grow together, fail quickly, learn, and adjust the course to create solutions that deliver even better results.

Team Overview

You’ll be part of the Offline team, the engine responsible for designing, scaling, and executing the logistics network that powers 99Food’s delivery operations.

Our mission is to develop scalable, data-driven operational models for strategic growth. However, design is nothing without execution: this team is also responsible for the daily management of performance, handling a high operational workload to ensure delivery success.

As a Senior Analyst, you will be a central pillar in this dynamic, operating across three main fronts:

Partner Management (LOs): You will manage the commercial and tactical relationship with our logistic operators (LOs). This includes negotiating SLAs, monitoring KPIs, managing costs, and ensuring they have the capacity and performance required to meet our demand.

Strategic Interface (Planning): You will be the primary bridge to the Planning team. Your role is to translate demand forecasts and growth strategies into actionable execution plans for the fleet.

Execution & Optimization: You will lead operational modeling and performance strategy initiatives, ensuring the best strategy for the LO fleet is implemented, monitored, and adjusted in real-time.

This is a highly analytical and autonomous role, ideal for professionals with strong business acumen, excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and high resilience to navigate a complex, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and operationally execute expansion initiatives, managing the high-volume tasks of defining entry criteria and launching new partners under tight deadlines.

  • Model, test, and operationally manage incentive structures and payout formats, handling the daily troubleshooting of these systems in a fast-paced environment.

  • Handle the high-volume, daily monitoring of network performance (onboarding, retention, churn), responding to real-time operational demands and alerts.

  • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and patterns, translating insights into immediate operational actions to resolve day-to-day problems.

  • Manage your own roadmap and priorities with high ownership, demonstrating a strong ability to balance strategic projects with a significant and urgent daily operational workload.

Role Qualifications

  • Advanced analytical skills with intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge

  • Experience in projects that involve data analysis and business problem solving

  • Strong logical thinking and the ability to build structured, data-informed solutions

  • Experience with process and project management using agile methodologies

  • Ability to bridge business needs with technical teams and transform challenges into actionable outcomes

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging multiple stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with the ability to participate in meetings and express ideas clearly

  • Basic to intermediate Python knowledge is a plus

  • We believe in Diversity and Inclusion – Diversity is one of our biggest strengths. Our differences are what makes us distinct. We respect each other and believe in equal opportunities for all.
Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity is not a future vision or a wish for something we want someday; it is a non-negotiable value of who we are today.

We embrace inclusion, plurality, and respect, and to achieve this, we rely on the governance of the Diversity Committee, which works alongside HR, our leadership, and identity groups—99Adapta, 99Afro, 99Colors, 99Womem, and 99Familys.

This is our ongoing journey, with much more still to come.

We reinforce that this position is open to everyone, including pregnant people and people with disabilities (PwD).
