Team Overview

In this team, you will work on cross-functional strategic projects for 99Pay, working in initiatives across different teams and bringing the marketing perspective to build solutions. This includes communicating and collaborating with teams from multiple product lines and third party agency.


You'll be tasked with growing brand awareness, consideration, and loyalty for the 99Pay business unit in the most efficient and engaging way possible.


As a senior marketing analyst, you will have the opportunity to work in a new and challenging environment, exploring your communication, attitude, and influence skills on a daily basis. You will be responsible for supporting the growth of the marketing area with the goal of creating real value for users in order to have a greater and better impact on the brand's relationship with all of them.

Role Responsibilities


  • Leading the end-to-end process of creating new small-medium marketing campaigns: strategy, implementation, and measurement of results;

  • Supporting the development of 360 campaigns, which include production of communication materials for paid media (digital, OOH, TV, etc), social media and owned channels (in-apps and CRM);

  • Understanding SEO results and trends and apply them to 99Pay SEO strategy in order to improve results;

  • Supporting the development of proprietary content for social media and other owned channels (blog, brand pages, website);

  • Supporting the execution of integrated campaigns with direct interface with Operations teams;

  • Being attentive on medias, initiatives, and business results with the aim of seeking opportunities for improvement for campaigns and/or projects;

  • Day-to-day treatment with agencies to: building communication briefings and campaigns; managing day-to-day tasks and campaign metrics to identify opportunities;

  • Collaborating with functional teams in social, Public Relations, product, digital, legal & operations to ensure appropriate support for business.

  • Being in charge of campaigns agenda and budget, guaranteeing the plans are executed on time and budget

  • Understanding new opportunities to work our brand and reach our users, proposing innovative activations and plans.

  • Managing internal stakeholders by providing guidelines and ensuring brand consistency;

  • Being able to analyze marketing data independently and recommend solutions with the aim of improving results not only for the projects you are working on, but also for the marketing area in general;

  • Managing the financial/operational scope of expenses generated by the project.


 

Role Qualifications


  • Fluent English Required;

  • +3 years of relevant professional experience in communication, social media and campaign development - in advertising agencies or marketing areas;

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Administration or related areas

  • Knowledge of marketing tools, communication plan development, content creation, and influencer marketing.

  • Structured thinking/decision-making skills: Face complex challenges and simplify them;

  • Data-driven: Find a way to get the data you need and turn the data into real solutions and action plans, dividing it into short, mid, and long terms;

  • Strong communication skills: open to deal and influence different cultures and work profiles

  • Strong familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies

  • Easy to deal with numbers and organizing payment flows (budget control)

  • Office/Google package

  • Experience in Fintech can be a differential

  • Knowledge in sponsorship and activations can be a differential
