Team Overview

As a Senior Data Enablement Analyst at DiDi, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that data across our vast and complex ecosystem is accurate, accessible, secure, and strategically capitalized. You will bridge the gap between data producers and data consumers, empowering Product, Operations, and Finance teams with trustworthy, well-governed data that drives confident, data-informed decisions. Role Responsibilities

 



  • Data Enablement & Management – Design, implement, and maintain scalable data structures, pipelines, and workflows that ensure reliable, timely access to critical datasets across the business.

  • Data Governance & Quality –Develop and enforce governance standards, data dictionaries, and quality controls to guarantee consistency, compliance, and traceability across systems and regions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Serve as the key connection between BI, Engineering, Product, and Operations to align data definitions, ownership, and usage policies with business priorities.

  • Dashboard & Reporting Enablement – Empower analysts and business users by developing standardized data sources for dashboards and KPI reporting that rely on governed, validated datasets.

  • Data Stewardship & Compliance –Support compliance initiatives by ensuring adherence to data privacy, security, and regional regulations.

  • Knowledge Sharing & Training –Enable data literacy across the organization through documentation, training, and best-practice sharing, ensuring teams can self-serve responsibly.

  • Project Management – Lead analytical projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery. Ensure milestones are met and priorities are aligned across teams.

  • Stakeholder Management – Act as the primary bridge between BI and cross-functional partners. Build strong relationships with Product, Operations, and Finance stakeholders, ensuring analytical outputs meet their strategic needs.

  • Innovation & Learning – Stay ahead of BI trends and continuously expand your toolkit, from SQL and visualization platforms to advanced analytics techniques.

Role Qualifications

 



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 4+ years in data governance, data management, or analytics enablement, ideally within large-scale, data-centric organizations.

  • Technical Proficiency:

  • Advanced SQL and data modeling.

  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

  • Strong command of ETL/ELT processes and modern data stack tools (e.g., Airflow, BigQuery, Snowflake).

  • Data Governance Expertise: Proven experience implementing data quality frameworks, stewardship models, and governance tools.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into analytical solutions.

  • Project Management: Skilled in leading multi-stakeholder data projects end-to-end.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to connect data management decisions to business outcomes and strategic impact.

  • Communication: Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Programming Skills: Familiarity with Python or R for deeper data manipulation and automation.

  • Industry Experience: Exposure to mobility, tech, or marketplace operations.

  • Advanced Analytics: Knowledge of predictive modeling, A/B testing, or other statistical techniques.

  • Leadership Potential: Interest and ability to mentor junior analysts and grow into people management.

  • Curiosity & Growth: A mindset of continuous improvement, always seeking to optimize how data is managed, shared, and trusted across DiDi.

  • Adaptability: Comfort navigating fast-paced, evolving priorities in a global, cross-functional environment.
