Team Overview

DiDi’s Global Measurement and Insights team, part of Central External Affairs, is responsible for capturing and analyzing everything said about the brand in social and traditional media via social listening tools, to then process the information through various systems to provide a visual representation of how the brand is perceived in the outside world. The team’s goal is to offer timely data that guides strategy development, sets OKRs, and supports case analyses to help teams be more data-driven and efficient.


This position reports to our Measurement and Insights Lead, and you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with various departments across the organization, including External and Internal Communications, Marketing, Policy, Safety, Government Affairs, and more. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a meaningful impact early in your career.


 

Role Responsibilities


  • Coordinating the efforts to maintain our measurement systems optimized.

  • Generating data reports to shed light on the media environment, performance, and impact of local teams' efforts. 

  • Understanding our systems to be able to deliver basic training to different team members 

  • Generating materials that can help teams understand our metrics better (infographics, PPTs, glossaries, etc.) 

  • Keeping tabs on the areas’ deliverables, trackers, calendarization, and prioritizations to make sure we are working to our highest potential. 

  • Accessing different data tables, analyze them, and gather nuggets of information to support Comms efforts.

Role Qualifications


  • An ongoing Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or related topics. 

  • Strong Spanish and English communication skills. 

  • Data-driven mindset for data analysis and data visualization. 

  • Interest in measurement, metrics development, social listening tools, AI, data analysis, technology, and communications.

  • Organized, results-oriented 

  • Empathic team player, willing to learn many new skills and systems. 

  • Knowledge of Python (basic analysis/cleaning/automation).

  • Intermediate SQL and database skills (joins, aggregations, validation).

  • Schedule availability in the mornings, hybrid work model (1-2 days at the office)
