Team Overview

We’re looking for a Media Data Analyst to join our Brand & Media team, playing a key role in analyzing data, consolidating reports, and generating insights that drive smarter media and business decisions.
This role will be responsible for transforming complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations, supporting strategic decision-making and improving the efficiency of our media investments across online and offline channels.

Role Responsibilities

 



  • Consolidate and standardize media reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data from multiple sources.

  • Analyze media performance (brand campaigns) to generate insights that guide strategy, optimization, and investment decisions.

  • Translate data into storytelling and actionable recommendations for brand and business growth.

  • Partner with internal teams (Brand, Insights, Data, Lead agency media hub) and external agencies to track results and evaluate ROI and efficiency.

  • Build and maintain dashboards, historical performance databases, and benchmarks to support ongoing decision-making.

  • Participate in monthly closings and campaign reviews, contributing to data-driven discussions and strategic learning loops.



 

Role Qualifications

An intermediate-level professional who can operate with limited guidance within established processes, bringing analytical rigor and actionable insights that elevate the team’s performance.



  • Marketing Skilled Practitioner: applies marketing and media fundamentals in daily analysis and reporting.

  • Marketing Data Driven: tracks KPIs and identifies opportunities for media and investment optimization.

  • Marketing Go-to Analyst: serves as a reference for interpreting results and extracting key learnings.

  • Precision Marketing Strategist: integrates media data with business outcomes to improve decision quality.

  • Intermediate Marketing Manager: collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, delivering structured and insightful presentations and reports.



Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Administration, Statistics, or related fields.

  • 2–3 years of experience in media analytics, data analysis, BI, or media planning.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

  • Knowledge of media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Tiktok, etc.) is a plus.

  • Excellent ability to synthesize data, tell stories through numbers, and communicate insights clearly.

  • Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities.
