Team Overview

We are looking for a Market Ops Intern to join our Operations team, working closely with Marketing and other cross-functional partners. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning, curious about how operations and marketing work together, and eager to contribute to high-impact initiatives that support market growth, user engagement, and operational excellence.


You will support ongoing projects, help organize data and processes, assist in preparing materials, and collaborate on campaign execution and local operations routines. If you enjoy hands-on learning, creative problem solving, and working with different teams, this role is perfect for you.

Role Responsibilities


  • Assisting the Operations team with daily routines, project coordination, and market-related initiatives.

  • Supporting Marketing with the creation of basic visual materials using tools like Canva, Figma or similar platforms.

  • Helping monitor key operational indicators and organizing information that supports decision-making.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Ops, Communications, and others) on campaigns, local activations, and user-focused initiatives.

  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation to support internal processes.

  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas to improve efficiency and engagement.

  • Learning continuously about operations, marketing performance, and platform dynamics.

Role Qualifications


  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related fields.

  • Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, or other design/marketing platforms.

  • Availability for the hybrid model at our São Paulo (SP) office, with the possibility of remaining in the internship for at least 1 year.
