Team Overview

We are the Courier Structure Team, dedicated to building a rational courier ecosystem that ensures sufficient delivery capacity for the platform while providing differentiated Product-Market Fit for couriers.


This role serves as both the architect and driver of the courier structure, designing and implementing diversified courier models tailored to different business phases and courier needs, thereby maximizing user experience and courier retention

Role Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities


1.  Structure Design & Planning:
    *   Conduct in-depth analysis of business strategy, market trends, and the courier ecosystem to understand evolving supply structure needs across different business phases (e.g., growth, maturity, new market expansion).
    *   Design diversified and differentiated courier models (e.g., full-time, part-time, dedicated delivery) along with their corresponding rights & responsibilities, incentive schemes, and growth systems to achieve precise supply-demand matching and Product-Market Fit .


2.  Project Execution & Implementation:
    *   Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new courier model initiatives or structural optimization projects, encompassing solution design, resource coordination, performance evaluation, and iteration.
    *   Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure the efficient and accurate implementation of designed solutions.


3.  Experience & Retention Optimization:
    *   Establish a core metrics monitoring system (e.g., NPS, retention rate, satisfaction, income distribution) to continuously track the experience
    *   Identify pain points based on data and courier feedback, and drive structural optimizations and strategic adjustments to enhance platform stickiness.


4.  Ecosystem Collaboration & Mechanism Building:
    *   Maintain close communication with key stakeholders to align objectives and priorities, establishing long-term, win-win cooperation mechanisms.

Role Qualifications

1.  Education:
    *   Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Logistics, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.


2.  Experience:
    *   4+ years of relevant experience in  tech company strategy, product management, operational planning, or consulting.
    *   Experience in the gig economy, mobility, logistics & delivery, or related sectors is preferred.


3.  Core Competencies:
    *   Strategic Thinking & System Design: Ability to distill core issues from complex business scenarios and design systematic solutions.
    *   Data-Driven & Business Analysis: Proficient in data analysis, capable of uncovering insights, validating hypotheses, and evaluating outcomes through data.
    *   Exceptional Drive & Influence: Strong cross-departmental collaboration and project execution skills, able to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and achieve objectives.
    *   User Empathy: Deep understanding and consideration for the courier community, with a user-centric design approach.
    *   Open-Mindedness & Innovative Spirit: Stays informed of industry best practices and is eager to explore new methods to solve existing challenges.


4.  Preferred Qualifications:
    *   Proven experience in successfully designing and driving the implementation of complex strategies or products from 0 to 1.
    *   Basic knowledge of business analysis.
