Team Overview

The Sales Education Intern will be a key member of our team, helping drive the company forward by transforming raw data into actionable insights for the Business Development Team. This role is perfect for someone who sits at the intersection of data analysis, educational technology and strategy.


The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about understanding how people learn and how those metrics impact sales performance


 

Role Responsibilities


  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze training completion rates, assessment scores, and sales performance correlations.

  • LMS Administration: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, organizing learning paths, and troubleshooting user issues.

  • Insight Generation: Create dashboards and reports to visualize training impact and identify knowledge gaps within the sales team.

  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Sales Education team to streamline how training is delivered and measured.

  • Content Support: Assist in structuring training modules based on data-driven needs to ensure the content is effective and user-centric.


 

Role Qualifications


  • Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a degree related to Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.

  • Excel: Intermediate to Advanced (Must be comfortable with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data cleaning).

  • LMS Knowledge: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Docebo, Cornerstone, Canvas) is a strong plus.

  • Data Visualization: Experience or strong interest in creating dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to see the "story" behind the numbers and suggest improvements.

  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive "growth mindset."

  • Collaboration: Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with diverse teams.

  • Timeline: At least 1 year left of professional studies.
