Team Overview

Core Positioning: As part of DiDi’s Operations Team, you will focus on optimizing the experience of both riders and drivers. You will identify operational opportunities through data analysis, design and implement incentive strategies, and lead cross-functional projects to drive business growth—serving as a key link between data, strategy, and business execution.

Role Responsibilities


  • Strategic Operations: Collaborate closely with the Marketplace team to design, implement, and iterate on subsidy strategies based on Driver and Passenger-end user segmentation. Be accountable for user growth and ROI.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with local marketing, PR, finance, BI, and product R&D teams to drive efficient delivery of cross-functional projects. Accelerate market penetration, scale user growth, and continuously increase market share.

  • Data Analytics: Demonstrate data sensitivity. Identify product/user optimization and growth opportunities through business conversion funnels, develop solutions, and drive implementation.

  • User Insight & Growth Innovation: Possess sharp user insight, capture core needs of target users, and propose productized solutions and actionable growth strategies aligned with the ridesharing industry to support business innovation.

Role Qualifications


  • Clear logic, strong learning agility, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and self-motivation.

  • Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, result-oriented, and able to drive projects efficiently.

  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate studies; able to commit to stable internship hours. Relevant operations or data analysis internship experience is a plus.

  • English as the working language.
