#LI-HybridThis position is part of Fuel Ops, the operations team behind 99Abastece, an innovative initiative developed within the DriverLab innovation hub. Our mission is to increase driver profitability and satisfaction by operating a balanced, efficient, and scalable fuel marketplace.
99Abastece is a strategic product designed to deliver smart and sustainable solutions that positively impact drivers’ daily routines. Operating in an agile and fast-paced environment, the Fuel Ops team plays a key role in translating strategy into execution, continuously improving processes and monitoring performance to ensure marketplace health.
In this role, you will work closely with the Fuel Ops team to maintain marketplace balance and drive driver engagement across our partner gas stations. You will be responsible for leveraging data to monitor marketplace behavior, identify opportunities, and ensure operational efficiency through asset utilization, product improvements, and supply-side optimization.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly analytical, and comfortable working hands-on. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.
