As a Growth Operations Specialist – Logistics Marketplace, your mission is to keep the logistics marketplace healthy and balanced every single day — ensuring the right number of drivers are available, in the right places, at the right time.
You’ll work hands-on with incentives, operational levers, and real-time performance signals to manage supply hours, driver availability, and marketplace efficiency. The focus is tactical: monitoring demand (calls), supply (online hours), and execution quality, then acting quickly to correct imbalances.
You’ll translate strategy into concrete actions for drivers — incentive mechanics, activation plans, regional adjustments — and make sure they work in practice.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating close to the business, making fast decisions, testing what works, and seeing immediate impact on marketplace performance.
