Team Overview

Responsible for undertaking daily data requirements for Didi International's food delivery business, independently conducting requirement analysis, solution design, development follow-up, and delivery upon launch;


Responsible for collaborating with local users, proactively gathering requirements, abstracting requirements, and translating them into productized features.


Responsible for user operations of data products, including but not limited to knowledge base construction, daily Q&A and training, report lifecycle management, etc., continuously enhancing the influence of data products.

Role Responsibilities


  • Hands-on experience in building end-to-end data solutions for international business, from requirement analysis to product implementation

  • Opportunity to develop data-driven decision-making skills in complex business scenarios, growing into a business-savvy data product expert

  • Exposure to cross-regional collaboration with global teams, expanding international perspective and cross-cultural communication skills

Role Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data operations, product operations, or data analysis, with practical experience in data governance or user growth being highly preferred.

  • Strong data acumen, proficient in SQL and Excel; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickBI is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, clear logical thinking, strong teamwork spirit, and solid project management capabilities.

  • Strong service orientation, sensitive to user needs, capable of proactively improving product satisfaction through dedicated service.

  • English: Fluent

  • Portuguese: Fluent

  • Chinese: Nice to have

  • Spanish: Nice to have
