#LI-HybridAt DiDi, we are building a cross-functional marketplace team to support the growth and long-term competitiveness of our Australia business. The team is responsible for driving core marketplace outcomes by aligning pricing strategy, market and user intelligence, product execution, and experience optimization across the end-to-end rider and driver journey.
Working closely with product, algorithm, transaction, and regional operations teams across Beijing and Melbourne, we focus on translating data and market insights into concrete product improvements and experience-level optimizations—from pricing logic and product features to POI scenarios, map experience, and governance-related policies.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, data, product, and experience, contributing to both problem discovery and solution execution in a fast-evolving international marketplace. You will have direct exposure to how marketplace strategy is designed, validated, and delivered through product and operational levers at scale.
