The 99 Creative Hub is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to craft and evolve the visual identity of one of Brazil’s most iconic brands.
We are a multidisciplinary and diverse team dedicated to driving brand and business growth through creativity, design systems, and storytelling. If you’re a designer who combines conceptual thinking, strong visual craft, and a passion for brand consistency, this is your place.

We’re seeking a Senior Brand Designer who will play a key role in defining and expanding 99’s brand expression across all touchpoints.
This position combines strategic and hands-on work — from evolving our design system to creating visually powerful campaigns that connect emotionally with people. You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and marketers to ensure design is not just beautiful, but purposeful and aligned with the brand’s mission.

Role Responsibilities


  • Contribute to the development and evolution of 99’s visual identity and design system;

  • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, digital platforms, and marketing initiatives;

  • Translate complex concepts into clear, modern, and compelling visual narratives.

  • Design and produce materials across multiple channels — from campaigns and social content to presentations, OOH, and motion assets;

  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to bring integrated ideas to life;

  • Maintain high design standards, balancing creativity, functionality, and impact.

  • Work closely with copywriters, project managers, and creative leads to deliver aligned, high-quality outputs;

  • Participate in ideation sessions and contribute to creative strategy discussions;

  • Explore new creative techniques and tools to improve design efficiency and innovation.

  • Stay up to date with visual culture, design, and technology trends that can elevate the brand;

  • Apply data-informed and audience-centered thinking to design decisions;

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring design quality and coherence across all communication touchpoints.

Role Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in branding, visual design, or communication design — preferably in agencies, studios, or in-house creative teams.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, storytelling, and cross-channel creative projects.

  • Deep understanding of typography, color, layout, motion, and composition, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Experience contributing to or maintaining brand systems, style guides, and toolkits.

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign).

  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Notion.

  • Knowledge of digital design principles and experience creating assets for social media, web, and app environments.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly and convincingly to both creative and non-creative audiences.

  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and openness to using AI tools and automation to enhance creative processes and exploration.

  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced English for collaboration with international teams and partners; Spanish is a plus
