#LI-HybridWe are looking for an experienced Senior HRBP Leader to support our growing business in Brazil. This role requires someone who can establish strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, lead HR initiatives end-to-end, and build a high-performing HR team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capability, deep business understanding, strategic HR mindset, and the willingness to work hands-on when needed.
This role involves relocation/long-term assignment to Brazil, where you will work closely with local teams to build capability, implement HR strategies aligned with local labor policies, and develop a culture of collaboration, performance, and innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive HRBP or HR leadership experience supporting business teams; experience in a multinational environment preferred.
• Proven track record of managing HR teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with or supporting teams in emerging markets or diverse cultural environments (Brazil experience a strong advantage).
• Strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and compliance.
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on with execution when necessary.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English required; Portuguese is a strong plus.
