Team Overview

The Franchise Sales Ops role is the strategic backbone of our franchise and third-party ecosystem. In this role, you will be the primary architect of the operational framework that governs our partner network. Your objective is to ensure that the "rules of the game" are executed with precision, transparency, and scalability.


You will sit at the intersection of data, product, strategy, and field execution, transforming high-level business goals into functional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This is a role for a high-impact individual who can master complex issues, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure that our partner ecosystem remains healthy, competitive, and result-driven.

Role Responsibilities


  • Process Engineering & SOP Design: Translate organizational goals into achievable actions by designing, documenting, and monitoring clear SOPs for the entire partner lifecycle (from selection and onboarding to performance management).

  • Financial & Incentive Governance: Manage complex settlement structures and incentive formulas. You will ensure that partner earnings and growth bonuses are calculated accurately, maintaining the integrity of our financial relationship with third parties.

  • Performance Architecture & Ranking: You will be responsible for identifying performance trends, managing exemption rules, and providing the data-driven basis for partner upgrades or exits.

  • Commercial Product Ownership: Act as the primary counterpart for the Product/Tech teams. You will own the lifecycle of internal tools, from gathering business requirements and defining scope to drafting precise Product Requests.

  • Analytical Insight & Decision Support: Utilize deep business data to identify underlying operational issues. You will "connect the dots" to generate insights that directly impact the decision-making process for the BD team and senior leadership.

  • Strategic Project Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce safety/regulatory risks, and optimize the tools used for driver management and partner engagement.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a confident consultant to internal senior stakeholders, presenting complex data in a concise, concrete, and logical way to gain commitment for strategic shifts.

Role Qualifications


  • Seniority & Background: 5 to 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Enablement, with a strong preference for candidates from high-growth tech or franchise-model backgrounds.

  • Expert Problem Solving: You have a proven ability to evaluate complex solutions and prioritize short-term tasks while aligning with long-term organizational priorities.

  • Execution & Result Orientation: You are a "hands-on" professional with in-depth knowledge of internal and external operational tools. You don't just identify risks; you take action to address them.

  • Product Mindset: Proven experience in managing the delivery of internal tools or features, with a structured approach to problem-solving and project management.

  • Exceptional Communication: You can tailor your communication style to engage different audiences—from technical analysts to senior executives—and are comfortable in a "persuasive selling" environment to drive internal alignment.

  • Resilience & Ambition: You possess the "Hunger to Win." You are adaptable to fast-paced changes in the mobility market and maintain high integrity in high-pressure governance scenarios.

  • Tool Proficiency: Master-level capability in data analysis tools (Excel/SQL/Visualization) and understanding of CRM or partner management platforms.
