Team Overview

The Events & Engagement Senior Analyst supports the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact internal experiences. This role is responsible for supporting management in every event with business objectives and brand standards, while managing the strategic distribution of recognition assets and merchandising for the commercial team

Role Responsibilities


  • Supporting the full production cycle—from conceptualization and budgeting to logistics and post-event ROI analysis—for both virtual and in-person corporate events.

  • Leading cross-functional collaboration with HR, Strategy, and IT to ensure seamless execution and technical excellence.

  • Managing and segment attendee databases to ensure strategic alignment, tailoring event invitations based on performance metrics, roles, and geography.

  • Supervising the end-to-end supply chain of merchandising and recognition assets, including production timelines, inventory control, and regional distribution.

  • Defining and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure attendee engagement, satisfaction, and business impact.

Role Qualifications


  • Experience: Proven track record managing large-scale corporate events and high-level vendor negotiations.

  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex budgets and production timelines.

  • Analytical Skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for database management and strategic audience segmentation.

  • Execution Excellence: High attention to detail with a focus on delivering a premium attendee experience.

  • Business Acumen: Ability to translate commercial priorities into actionable event strategies.
