Team Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Media Analyst to join our Media team, playing a key role in analyzing data, consolidating reports, and generating insights that drive smarter media and business decisions across online and offline channels.


This professional will have strong ownership of media performance analysis, supporting budget allocation and strategic planning. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates autonomy in decision-making, and can manage multiple campaign launches simultaneously while maintaining a strategic perspective.


A proactive mindset is essential — anticipating risks, identifying opportunities for optimization, and ensuring efficient media investments. Strong communication skills are also critical, as this role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment across all media initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

 



  • Analyze and monitor media performance across online and offline channels, generating clear insights to support business outcomes.

  • Ensure agile campaign optimization and performance adjustments to guarantee delivery against business goals.

  • Provide clear visibility on campaign progress and results to internal stakeholders and business verticals.

  • Support media budget control and allocation to maximize investment efficiency.

  • Manage external vendors and agency partners, ensuring alignment, performance, and high-quality execution.

  • Identify risks and opportunities proactively, driving continuous improvement across media initiatives.

Role Qualifications


  • Strong experience in media performance analysis across online and offline channels.

  • Proven ability to optimize media investments and drive business results through data-driven decisions.

  • +4 years of experience in media planning, data analysis. 

  • Solid experience managing agencies and external partners.

  • Knowledge of media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Tiktok, etc.)

  • The ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments, handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • A proactive mindset, anticipating risks and identifying optimization opportunities.

  • Strong communication skills to engage and align internal stakeholders and business verticals.

  • Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities.
