As a Growth Operations Intern – Logistics, you’ll join the team that runs and scales these marketplaces on a daily basis. You’ll support real operational challenges, help track performance, and participate in growth initiatives that impact drivers and customers.
This is a hands-on learning role: you’ll work close to analysts and managers, understand how supply and demand are balanced, how growth experiments are executed, and how operational decisions impact the marketplace in real time. Depending on team needs and your profile, you may work across C2C, B2C, or Freight.
KPI Management: Monitor daily supply, demand, and conversion metrics to optimize marketplace health.
Data Analytics: Build and maintain team dashboards to drive data-informed decision-making.
Growth Ops: Execute incentives and activation campaigns to scale operational initiatives.
Pilots & Testing: Support cross-vertical experiments (C2C, B2C, Freight) to validate new strategies.
Process Optimization: Streamline data workflows and daily operational routines for better efficiency.
Cross-Team Support: Collaborate with Growth and Marketplace teams to ensure project alignment.
