Team Overview

Our Business Analysis & DS Team serves as a strategic partner to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize business performance. Combining business acumen, advanced analytics, and technical expertise, we uncover actionable insights, shape strategies, and empower growth across key business domains.


As an Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working on real business challenges, supporting analytical initiatives, and learning how data translates into strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities


  • Industry & Competitive Research: support market and competitor research to identify best practices and emerging trends. Assist in defining actionable strategies and best practices.

  • Marketing Intelligence: support weekly and monthly business reviews with performance analysis and strategic insights to facilitate decision-making.

  • Deep-Dive Analysis: conduct in-depth thematic analysis, leveraging business expertise and internal/external insights to identify key challenges/opportunities, contribute to formulate strategic recommendations, and drive execution.

  • Data Infrastructure Development: support the definition and tracking of core business metrics and collaborate with Ops, Product, Data Science, Data Warehouse, and Algorithm teams to enhance data infrastructure and enable strategy implementation.

Role Qualifications


  • A bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Data or Business Engineering, Economics, Actuarial or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent analytical experience exists.

  • Strong analytical thinking and curiosity — you enjoy breaking down complex problems into structured insights.

  • Basic to intermediate experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar (academic or project-based experience is welcome).

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to clearly explain findings and ideas.

  • Comfort working in English (written and verbal) is a plus.

  • Interest in digital platforms, food delivery, operations, or tech-driven business models.

  • Prior internship or project experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or operations analytics is a plus, demonstrating practical application of strategic frameworks and data-driven decision making.
