Team Overview

This role is part of our Commercial team, responsible for driving 99food growth by acquiring new restaurants and expanding our presence in key neighborhoods across São Paulo.


BDRs at 99food are not just sellers — they are the face of our brand, spending time in the field, talking to restaurant owners, understanding their pain points, and demonstrating how 99food can transform their operations.


The Commercial team operates at a fast pace, combining data-driven targeting with hands-on relationship building. We collaborate closely with Sales Operations and Product to ensure we reach the right restaurants with the right message, and deliver an onboarding experience that feels effortless.


The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys being out in the field, and brings high energy, communication excellence, and a strong sense of ownership to every interaction.

Role Responsibilities


  • Training Demand Mining & AnalysisProactively communicate with the frontline sales team and management, accurately mine post competency shortcomings and training needs through interviews, performance data reviews, questionnaire surveys and other methods, form standardized demand analysis reports, and provide core basis for training course design and plan adjustment.

  • Courseware Development & Content PrecipitationIndependently complete the development of courseware, compilation of cases and writing of practical manuals for basic courses such as basic SaaS product knowledge, introductory sales skills and local business etiquette in Brazil; regularly optimize courseware content combined with business iteration and training effect feedback, build a reusable training material library, and precipitate localized training resources.

  • Training Project Planning & ImplementationIndependently plan and implement small-scale training projects such as new employee onboarding training, sales skill improvement camps and product knowledge intensive courses, be responsible for the full link of scheme design, process coordination, on-site execution and closing review, flexibly optimize training forms to adapt to local scenarios in Brazil, and ensure the efficient implementation of projects.

  • Course Teaching & Effect TransformationUndertake the independent teaching of basic training courses, use diversified teaching methods such as case explanation, practical exercise and interactive Q&A to mobilize classroom atmosphere and ensure teaching quality; track the application of students' skills after class, collect feedback and optimize teaching methods to promote the transformation of training knowledge into practical ability.

  • Training System Support & OptimizationAssist in building and maintaining the internal lecturer resource pool, be responsible for daily communication, teaching assistance and empowerment support for lecturers; coordinate the work of training data statistics, student file management and material filing, regularly participate in training work reviews, output optimization suggestions at the execution level, and help the iteration and upgrading of the training system.

Role Qualifications


  • Educational BackgroundCollege degree or above, majors such as Human Resource Management, Education, Marketing and Chinese Language and Literature are preferred.

  • Language Proficiency:Fluent in English and Portuguese (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Chinese is preferred. Able to independently develop course materials, conduct full-process training, and communicate with cross-functional teams.

  • Work Experience2 years and above of experience in training execution and course development, experience in training or basic teaching in the SaaS, catering and retail industries is preferred; outstanding fresh graduates (with experience in campus training activity planning and courseware development) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Core CompetenciesIndependent courseware development and copywriting ability, proficient in using courseware production tools such as PPT and mind maps; good teaching expression and classroom control ability, good at designing interactive links combined with business scenarios; with basic demand analysis and project planning ability, strong execution ability, able to efficiently promote training implementation.

  • Other RequirementsFamiliar with the full-process operation of training, have a certain understanding of Brazil's local culture and business environment; strong goal orientation and cross-departmental collaboration ability, strong sense of responsibility, willing to deeply cultivate the Brazilian market for the long term, and adapt to the team's business trips and work rhythm during the training peak period.
