#LI-HybridYou will join the International Food Delivery team, working at the intersection of growth, marketing, and strategy. The team focuses on designing scalable marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and GMV growth across multiple international markets.
In this role, you will help shape and execute integrated marketing strategies by coordinating resources across on-platform channels and external marketing ecosystems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Growth, Product, Marketing, Data, and Regional Operations, turning insights into actionable strategies that can scale across markets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with data-driven decision making, and who is excited to work in a fast-paced, international environment to build impactful growth initiatives.
Lead the design of integrated marketing strategies for the international food delivery business, supporting key objectives including user acquisition, repeat purchase, and GMV growth.
Build and refine a People × Scenario × Channel integrated marketing framework to improve overall marketing efficiency and resource effectiveness.
Coordinate and align on-platform resources (search & recommendation, in-app channels, campaigns) with off-platform channels (paid media, influencers, affiliates) to maximize marketing impact.
Develop marketing resource allocation and campaign cadence strategies to optimize ROI and marginal returns.
Establish a comprehensive marketing performance evaluation and post-campaign review mechanism to drive continuous strategy iteration.
Collaborate closely with User Growth, Product, and Regional teams to ensure effective strategy execution and scalable implementation.
Take ownership of strategy design and execution for key marketing initiatives and projects.
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5–8 years of experience in marketing strategy or operations within platform-based businesses.
Proven capability in end-to-end integrated marketing strategy development and execution.
Strong data-driven decision-making ability, with familiarity in key metrics such as ROI, GMV, retention, and user growth.
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-team alignment in complex collaboration environments.
Experience in international business or multi-market marketing is preferred; background in food delivery, local services, or mobility platforms is a plus.
Curious, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a strong passion for building impactful strategies.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written), able to use English as a primary working language.
