If you see technology as a way to smooth your path in life, our team does too: Your Path, Our Journey.
We believe in technology that connects talented people who embrace diversity to create and share paths we don't even know about (yet!). We work to generate value not only for our users but, above all, for the communities we serve and for society as a whole, making every day better for everyone with mobility and delivery services (99) or digital payments (99Pay).
To make life easier for millions of people every day, since 2018, we have been part of DiDi DiDi Global Inc., the world’s leading mobility technology platform. We are pioneers in creating innovative solutions that start in Brazil and scale up to make a positive impact in more than 12 countries where DiDi operates. This innovation encompasses sustainability, safety, artificial intelligence, financial markets, and much more.
Whether building projects from scratch or improving our solutions, we enjoy challenges that give us butterflies, which is why we work at a fast pace with respect, collaboration, and good humor. Along this journey, we also draw strength from diverse experiences and opinions to grow together, fail quickly, learn, and adjust the course to create solutions that deliver even better results.
#LI-HybridAt 99 Logistics, not all growth happens online. A significant part of driver acquisition, brand visibility, and operational expansion still happens in the physical world — through events, partnerships, trade initiatives, and field execution.
As the Trade & Offline Ops Manager, you will lead the team responsible for executing and scaling all offline operational initiatives across our logistics marketplace. This includes trade marketing programs, offline driver acquisition channels, brand activations, and operational support for city-level initiatives across C2C, B2C, and B2B verticals.
You will act as the execution hub for field-based projects, translating growth strategies into real-world initiatives — from large-scale trade programs and fairs to local partnerships and driver acquisition activations.
This role requires someone who is both strategic and operational: able to design initiatives, manage partners and vendors, coordinate field execution, and measure the real impact of offline initiatives on growth and marketplace health.
Plan and execute key trade marketing programs, including vehicle sticker programs, POS materials, and brand activations.
Ensure strong offline brand visibility for 99 across strategic locations and partnerships.
Track ROI and effectiveness of trade initiatives and optimize programs accordingly.
Design and manage offline driver acquisition strategies, with focus on specialized supply for Freight & B2B (drivers, fleets, vans, trucks).
Identify and develop partnerships with local businesses, associations, and strategic locations.
Lead initiatives through events, fairs, and exhibitions that connect 99 with drivers and businesses.
Act as the operational execution link for B2C partnerships and city-level trade initiatives defined by vertical teams (C2C, B2C, Freight).
Coordinate execution with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
Ensure initiatives are executed consistently across cities and markets.
Manage external partners such as print shops, event vendors, and activation agencies.
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and operational execution of field initiatives.
Ensure a smooth operational experience for drivers interacting with trade programs.
Map high-potential locations (e.g., gas stations, logistics hubs, driver hotspots) to activate acquisition initiatives.
Integrate offline execution with marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
Continuously identify opportunities to scale offline channels efficiently.
6+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Field Marketing, Operations, or Growth roles.
Experience leading offline campaigns, events, activations, or partnerships.
Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on execution mindset with ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendors and partners.
Ability to track performance and measure ROI of offline initiatives.
Experience in logistics, mobility, marketplaces, or delivery platforms.
Experience with driver acquisition or gig-economy ecosystems.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or operational tracking systems.
Experience coordinating multi-city or large-scale field operations.
Diversity is not a future vision or a wish for something we want someday; it is a non-negotiable value of who we are today.
We embrace inclusion, plurality, and respect, and to achieve this, we rely on the governance of the Diversity Committee, which works alongside HR, our leadership, and identity groups—99Adapta, 99Afro, 99Colors, 99Womem, and 99Familys.
This is our ongoing journey, with much more still to come.
