#LI-HybridWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented User Operations Intern to support our user growth and engagement initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in campaign execution, data analysis, and user strategy development in a fast-paced, cross-border environment. You will work closely with our operations team at our office and contribute to impactful projects.
Assisting in the planning and execution of user-centric campaigns, including the configuration of coupons, landing pages, promotional slots, and user outreach.
Monitoring and analyzing user behavior and campaign performance data, evaluating results, and proposing actionable optimization strategies to improve user retention and conversion.
Participating in user segmentation analysis to help design and implement targeted operational strategies for different user groups.
A Bachelor's degree or higher (current students welcome), with no restriction on major.
The ability to commit to a minimum 4-month internship, working at least 3 days per week (specifically Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday must be working days).
Strong logical thinking and communication skills, with a sensitivity to data.
Can use English or Chinese as a working language.
Priority will be given to candidates who:
Have a foundation in SQL or data analysis.
Possess relevant internship or project experience in user operations.
