#LI-HybridYou will join the Mobility team at 99/DiDi, working in Growth to expand our passenger and driver base across cities. The team identifies growth opportunities, runs experiments, and optimizes investments to drive scalable and efficient growth.
As a Senior Growth Operations Analyst, you will combine strong analytical thinking with end-to-end ownership to identify opportunities, define strategies, and lead the execution of growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, turning data into action, and driving measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.
Leading Growth Initiatives: Identifying opportunities and defining strategies such as incentives, communications, targeting approaches, and local initiatives to drive passenger and driver acquisition and activation.
Driving Experimentation and Scaling: Designing and leading A/B tests and other experiments to validate growth hypotheses, measure incremental impact, and scale high-performing initiatives.
Optimizing Growth Investments: Analyzing performance and ROI to recommend budget allocation and ensure efficient use of incentives and growth investments.
Performance Management: Defining key metrics and building recurring analyses and dashboards to monitor growth performance, anticipate risks, and identify new opportunities.
Generating Strategic Insights: Using SQL and Excel/Google Sheets to deep dive into passenger and driver behavior, translating data into clear recommendations for business and leadership.
Cross-functional Influence: Partnering with multiple internal stakeholders to align priorities, ensure high-quality execution, and drive continuous improvement of growth initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
3+ years of experience in analytics, operations, strategy, or growth-related roles
Experience in data analytics, operations, or strategy roles;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
Proven ability to manage projects and drive initiatives end-to-end
Hands-on attitude, ownership, and attention to detail
Advanced Excel (or Google Sheets) and SQL skills
Advanced English is required.
Nice to have: Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, performance marketing, or growth optimization
